Love & Be Loved - When: Part 2

In our series Love and Be Loved, we’re working to bring love out of the clouds and into real life. Using insights from Goal-Setting Theory, we’re starting where real change starts: with clarity. That’s why we’re exploring seven big questions that help us get specific about what a loving life looks like—how, where, who, which ways, and more.

This week is a continuation of the question When—because love doesn’t just live in inspiration; it lives in the calendar. We’ll be using Laura Vanderkam’s TED Talk to explore practical strategies for making time for what matters most, and then we’ll translate it into our own lives: When will I choose love on purpose—toward myself, toward others, and toward the world?

“It's about looking at the whole of one's time and seeing where the good stuff can go. I truly believe this. There is time. Even if we are busy, we have time for what matters. And when we focus on what matters, we can build the lives we want in the time we've got.”
