Mantras

This May, we're continuing Mix It Up May — our month of adding a little variety, creativity, and fresh energy to our Sunday gatherings while staying grounded in who we are. Each week, we play with familiar West Hill elements in small ways, giving us a chance to experience them with fresh eyes.

This Sunday, we turn to Mantras: Tools for the Mind — exploring the power of a few good words. Not in the mystical sense, but in the very real, very human sense: those short phrases we return to again and again that help shape how we move through the world. "One day at a time." "This too shall pass." "Progress, not perfection." The lines we tell ourselves matter — they ground us, steady us, and over time, they help rewire how we think, feel, and respond.

As always, we remain rooted in our core values — Grounded in Life, Guided by Love, and Growing in Wisdom — themselves powerful words we keep coming back to, words that shape who we are and who we are becoming.

Do you have a mantra, phrase, or short saying that has carried you through? Something you come back to when you most need it?

Bring it with you on Sunday — we'd love to hear it.

Coming soon… Watch the gathering here.
