First Nations Study Group

As partners to treaties, we strive to walk in peace, respect and friendship, and in solidarity with First Nations concerning their land and treaty rights.

The aim of the group is to inform ourselves and others about the history of the indigenous people in Canada and their relationship with the settlers and Canadian Government. Documentaries, discussion, guest speakers and field trips are all a part of our learning.

We meet the last Monday of each month in the West Hill United lounge, 1:00 p.m.  Everyone welcome.
